OUR HISTORY
Why We Started This Business
We established this business primarily out of our love for animals, as their well-being is so important to us. The pet supply business has grown in recent years, and we felt it would be nice for pet owners to have a store where they could get everything they needed to keep their pets happy and healthy in one convenient location while supporting their local community.
We want shopping at Swell Pet Supply Plus to be an experience the whole family can enjoy. Vaccinated and leashed/caged pets are welcome! Grab a tasty treat for your pet, pick up some essentials and have fun!
RETURNS
How It Works
Returns and exchanges accepted with a receipt within 30 days of original purchase, except products with lifetime warranty. All items must be in original packaging with no damage unless manufacturer defect. Food must be in original package and over half full for any refund or exchange.
SWELL PET SUPPLY PLUS WARRANTY
Our Policy
For any lifetime warranty items carried in store, item will be exchanged only no full refund. All other items sold will go with our return policy above. For our grooming services we do have a guarantee that if you notice anything that needs fixed within one week of the service date we will fix it no charge. Once 7 days pass there will be another full groom/bath charge.
